Vivien: Knock knock
Me: Who's there?
Vivien: How do ducks learn how to fly?
Me: How?
Vivien: We just wing it! (While making the chicken wing motion)

She learned that from Word World (on PBS). I love that she thinks all jokes start with "knock knock".
