Lemonade Pie

We made lemonade pie this afternoon. Cooking with Vivien can be tough because she is deathly afraid of climbing on the stool. It generally takes a lot of reassurance and squeezed fingers (mine) to get her comfortable up there. If I walk away she whines a bit. Luckily, after a bit, she relaxed and we were able to make a nice pie. She got to wear her Vivien princess apron. She was very confused about why we weren't putting the pie in the oven. But she stopped worrying about it when I gave her the beater to lick.
